Do I have to use Walnut Coast if I buy with you?

No. Buying with me never requires you to use Walnut Coast, and using Walnut Coast never requires you to buy with me. Many owners like having one person through both steps, but it's always your choice.

Where can I see management fees?

All management pricing and owner terms are on walnutcoast.com. That's the one place they're kept current.

What's a direct booking?

A guest books your home straight from the Walnut Coast website instead of through Airbnb or VRBO. It's one more way for your calendar to fill.

Superhost account management

What it means to be listed under my Superhost account

I take the trust guests place in my Superhost status seriously. Any property I list under my personal Airbnb account has to meet the same standards as the STRs I've personally built and run — durable, comfortable furnishings, quality bedding, reliable maintenance, professional cleaning, and guest-ready details throughout.

If a home isn't ready for my account, I can still manage it on your own Airbnb account. Either way, the goal is the same: a listing that guests love, reviews that help it rank, and an operation that protects your investment.

I do not take every property under my Superhost account. If furnishings, upkeep, or layout would put my standing at risk, I'll be direct about that and recommend the right path forward.
